3. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
  • We operate on a pre-paid wallet system. Credits must be purchased before using the APIs.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

NexFetch - Identity Verification Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
